Returns & Exchanges

At Manic Panic, we want you to be obsessed with your color; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair dyes or cosmetics that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please retain your tracking information until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
